Handpicked from renowned tea gardens in the famous “Dimbula” region of Sri Lanka, a perfect cup of milk tea that is convenient and authentic. The teas are perfectly blended to match the legendary Hong Kong milk tea taste and it takes only 5 minutes to brew your favourite cup of milk tea. Our blends consist of the finest Ceylon tea with no artificial sweeteners or preservatives. It tastes best with evaporated milk (or lemon) and sugar.

Since 2015 Teaddict has cooperating with the tea gardens in Sri Lanka. Directly imported blended tea from the tea gardens. Teaddict firstly launched filter drip black tea and sold in department stores.

In 2016 Teaddict was the first HK brand to launch mini cotton tea strainer which allowed customers to follow the most authentic brewing method of HK milk tea. At the beginning the mini cotton tea strainer was sewed by the founder’s mother. Recently the company has outsourced the production of tea strainer.

In 2017 the founder developed its own factory in HK. Teaddict worked along with its partners in Sri Lanka, directly imported the raw materials from tea gardens and blended the tea in HK. Now from production to packaging the product is 100% made in Hong Kong.

In the same year Teaddict launched a new Winter Edition with a full DIY Kit Set. Besides the tea strainer and teapot, the Winter Edition includes a mini milk pot and a tea spoon with clip. Having all the tools to make precise proportions of tea leave and milk, anyone now can easily to brew a perfect HK milk tea without a failure!

With a great success of Winter Edition DIY Set, in 2018 Teaddict revamped the design of DIY Set with the parcel edition thus it is being a regular item now. We wish Teaddict will be one of the most popular Hong Kong local specialties to Hong Kong lovers.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you have any questions about the item, we recommend that you contact the designer before purchasing. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund and exchange process.

Refund requests should be made within 7 days after receiving the order.

Designers reserve the right to decline a refund request if it is not made within the 7 day period after the order arrives at the customer or if it does not meet the terms outlined in the Pinkoi Return Policy. We recommend that you contact the designer before requesting a refund.

Once the designer receives a request, they will contact the customer within 3 working days.

Once the designer approves the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 2 working days and send a message to the designer via Chats to notify them. Please also attach the name of the courier and the tracking number.

Once the designer receives the refund item(s), they will verify and complete the refund within 3 working days.
