Orders placed by December 21st will be produced and shipped by the end of the year.
During the year-end and New Year holidays, production and shipping work will be closed from December 29 (Wednesday) to January 10 (Monday holiday).
Orders and messages will be accepted even during the holidays, but replies will be responded to sequentially from January 11th.

ronron is a graphic design goods shop that mainly produces and sells original design T-shirts of "living things" such as animals.
We make every effort from design to printing, hoping that various "living things" will become a little oasis in our daily lives.

[Contact after ordering]
We will contact you with a message such as the scheduled completion date in 2 to 3 days, but we may delay contacting you when your order is crowded.

[production period]
The production period after ordering is about 10 days. (If the size is not decided, it will be about 10 days after the size is decided.)
We manufacture each item one by one, so we are sorry but we cannot accept requests such as "Please deliver by XX days" after ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance.

[wrapping]
We do not currently accept wrapping.
If it is just a simple wrapping that just attaches a ribbon, we will attach it for free.
However, since the ribbon will be crushed in the current shipping format, it is necessary for the customer to reshape the ribbon after delivery.
Please note this point, and if you wish, please write it in the remarks column when ordering.

[Shipping method (date and time specified delivery)]
Takkyubin (Sagawa Express) is the only shipping method that you can currently select and you can specify the delivery date and time.
Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date and time for non-standard-size mail and letter pack lights.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you have any questions about the item, we recommend that you contact the designer before purchasing. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund and exchange process.

Refund requests should be made within 7 days after receiving the order.

Designers reserve the right to decline a refund request if it is not made within the 7 day period after the order arrives at the customer or if it does not meet the terms outlined in the Pinkoi Return Policy. We recommend that you contact the designer before requesting a refund.

Designers reserve the right to decline refund requests for the following product types:

Customized products
Opened personal hygiene products

Refund process

Once the designer receives a request, they will contact the customer within 3 working days.

Once the designer approves the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 3 working days and send a message to the designer via Chats to notify them. Please also attach the name of the courier and the tracking number.

Once the designer receives the refund item(s), they will verify and complete the refund within 3 working days.
