Milktealogy

Milktealogy is a research project of milk tea culture of Hong Kong and worldwide. It studies the way to savour milk tea and the pop culture and trivia of local restaurants in a humor way, thereby promoting Hong Kong-style cuisine to local people and tourists from all over the world. The project contains cultural studies, introduction and reviews of local restaurants, short comic, etc.. By slowing down, you can find that a cup of milk tea contains not only its unique flavor, but also those touching and interesting stories which happening within a restaurant.
