Since our establishment, we have always attached great importance to the traceability of raw materials. From the screening of origin, the import of raw beans, to the baking, every process has been strictly controlled.

As a micro-batch bakery, we operate in a simple way:
Establish a good partnership with farmers and green bean suppliers in the place of origin——
In addition to being able to understand the local planting experience, it is also possible to follow up the various conditions of green beans and exchange the latest information
In order to ensure quality and freshness, we insist on baking after receiving customer orders, and do not pre-make and stock
In addition to coffee, we also searched for high mountain tea in northern Thailand by chance
The original wild tea tree from northern Thailand is less than 1% of the world's cultivation, which is quite rare
For generations, local tea farmers have been cultivating tea trees and original forest plants in line with the concept of natural symbiosis
In order to avoid excessive deforestation and protect the original ecosystem
At the same time, due to the diversity of species, the forest becomes a balanced and harmonious environment, providing a natural barrier for tea trees to resist pests
Therefore, there is no need to use pesticides or insecticides in the cultivation process
Our tea recipes are based on high mountain tea with flavored fruit, flowers or spices
The rich and mellow mountain tea is blended to add bright and delicate layers, lingering on the cheeks

As a micro-roastery, the way we operate is both simple and rare: we have great partnerships with our bean producers and always aim to go above and beyond expectation. We spend countless hours perfecting the roasting profile of each coffee that would excite us. We roast upon customer's orders to ensure quality and freshness.
Our specialties also include the exceptional, sustainably grown whole leaf teas from the hills of Northern Thailand. It is an extremely rare tea used in less than 1% of tea cultivation worldwide. Unlike the conventional plantation teas, our di tea is with grown in forests Native plants and herbs in its natural habitat. All of our teas are unique and rich blends; enhanced with natural fruit, flowers and spice fragrances.
