The name DAQI is taken from a Chinese saying and means to take time to become great and mature, to emphasize that the best things in life require more dedication. This philosophy is aligned to our belief that design is not made up out of thin air, but rather comes from a process of repetitive experiments and revisions.
As designers, we hope to bring together traditional craft and modern technology to create beautiful things and elevate user experiences as well as their lifestyles.

DAQI CONCEPT INC., was founded in July, 2015 by a team of product designers and the DAQI CONCEPT lifestyle and home product brand was introduced in the same year.

Refunds & Exchanges
If you have any questions about the item, we recommend that you contact the designer before purchasing. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund and exchange process.
Refund requests should be made within 7 days after receiving the order.
Designers reserve the right to decline a refund request if it is not made within the 7 day period after the order arrives at the customer or if it does not meet the terms outlined in the Pinkoi Return Policy. We recommend that you contact the designer before requesting a refund.
Designers reserve the right to decline refund requests for the following product types:
  • Customized products
  • Opened personal hygiene products
Refund process
  • Once the designer receives a request, they will contact the customer within 3 working days.
  • Once the designer approves the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 3 working days and send a message to the designer via Chats to notify them. Please also attach the name of the courier and the tracking number.
  • Once the designer receives the refund item(s), they will verify and complete the refund within 3 working days.
This shop provides exchanges
  • Exchange requests should be discussed with the designer via Chats within 7 days after the order arrives.
  • The designer will determine whether or not to provide an exchange based on the product type and existing stock. We recommend that you contact the designer via Chats before requesting an exchange.
  • Once the designer approves the exchange, please return the item(s) within 3 working days.
  • Once the designer receives and verifies the condition of the item(s), they will send the agreed upon exchange item(s) to you within 3 working days.
