My name is Rita and I’m from Russia. I came up with the idea of creating cat earrings in 2011 and launched my brand Catmade. I make my earrings with FIMO Professional polymer clay (to me – the best polymer clay from Germany), hypoallergenic titanium accessories (made in the USA), acrylic paints (made in St. Petersburg, Russia) and FIMO protective varnish. These materials ensure that the earrings last a long time.

I make each earring with my bare hands. I mold it from clay, bake it in the oven, polish it, paint it and cover it with varnish. That’s why the earrings can differ slightly from each other. I don’t use clay molds, 3D printers or any other machine work. I don’t collaborate with factories, neither do I hire other people to make the earrings for me. My cat earrings are 100% made by hand!

The cat earrings will look like stretched ear piercings on your ears, but they are in fact fake plugs or gauges. Such unusual kind of earrings will attract attention, which is sure to fetch you many delightful compliments!

Refunds & Exchanges

If you have any questions about the item, we recommend that you contact the designer before purchasing. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund and exchange process.

Refund requests should be made within 7 days after receiving the order.

Designers reserve the right to decline a refund request if it is not made within the 7 day period after the order arrives at the customer or if it does not meet the terms outlined in the Pinkoi Return Policy. We recommend that you contact the designer before requesting a refund.

Refund process

Once the designer receives a request, they will contact the customer within 3 working days.

Once the designer approves the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 4 working days and send a message to the designer via Chats to notify them. Please also attach the name of the courier and the tracking number.

Once the designer receives the refund item(s), they will verify and complete the refund within 3 working days.
