【Shipping Instructions】
1. After the order is paid, it will be shipped within 3-5 days.
2. Shipping time: Monday to Friday. No shipments will be made on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.
3. For urgent orders, please communicate with the designer about the shipping time first, and do not place an order first.
4. Delivery time by mail: It takes about 1-2 days to arrive by mail (excluding the day of delivery) (about 2-3 days in remote areas), and it will be postponed in case of holidays.
5. Supermarket arrival time: It takes about 2-3 days to arrive at the store, excluding the day of delivery. Christmas and Spring Festival are subject to supermarket announcements.
6. After the mail is sent, a tracking number will be replied in the background. You can check the progress at the post office or online system.
7. After the supermarket has sent it, please go to the Pinkoi backend order to check the progress and pay attention to the text message.

[Customized fabric]
1. The style you ordered does not have the fabric you like, please write to inquire. If it is in stock, any fabric can be made into any style.

[Information for urgent orders]
1. Please write to inquire first, do not place an order first and then inform us to avoid order cancellation and refund process.
2. For orders placed from Friday to Sunday, the post office cannot send the items due to holidays. You can choose to pick up the items at the supermarket and ask the design studio if they can ship.
3. Christmas and Spring Festival are the peak periods for shipping volume. Please try to choose "Post Office Delivery" or "7-11 Supermarket Pickup". It is not recommended to pick up the goods at FamilyMart.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you have any questions about the item, we recommend that you contact the designer before purchasing. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund and exchange process.

Refund requests should be made within 7 days after receiving the order.

Designers reserve the right to decline a refund request if it is not made within the 7 day period after the order arrives at the customer or if it does not meet the terms outlined in the Pinkoi Return Policy. We recommend that you contact the designer before requesting a refund.

Designers reserve the right to decline refund requests for the following product types:

Customized products
Opened personal hygiene products

Refund process

Once the designer receives a request, they will contact the customer within 3 working days.

Once the designer approves the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 3 working days and send a message to the designer via Chats to notify them. Please also attach the name of the courier and the tracking number.

Once the designer receives the refund item(s), they will verify and complete the refund within 3 working days.
