Brand information: ANYWAY was started in 2010. This accessory label focuses in leather products and their brand concept is “Geometric, Comfort, Timeless, Lightweight and Proportion”. Founder love fashionable accessories, therefore began making their own accessories. Using "DOT , LINE, PLANE" as a design base to design the unique proportion leather products. Many unique and fashionable pieces are developed and crafted by ANYWAY’s founder. Each piece of accessory reflects the designer’s desire and passion also shows their personality and lifestyle.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you have any questions about the item, we recommend that you contact the designer before purchasing. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund and exchange process.

Refund requests should be made within 7 days after receiving the order.

Designers reserve the right to decline a refund request if it is not made within the 7 day period after the order arrives at the customer or if it does not meet the terms outlined in the Pinkoi Return Policy. We recommend that you contact the designer before requesting a refund.

Customized products
Opened personal hygiene products

Refund process

Once the designer receives a request, they will contact the customer within 2 working days.

Once the designer approves the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 3 working days and send a message to the designer via Chats to notify them. Please also attach the name of the courier and the tracking number.

Once the designer receives the refund item(s), they will verify and complete the refund within 3 working days.

This shop provides exchanges

Exchange requests should be discussed with the designer via Chats within 7 days after the order arrives.
The designer will determine whether or not to provide an exchange based on the product type and existing stock. We recommend that you contact the designer via Chats before requesting an exchange.

Once the designer approves the exchange, please return the item(s) within 2 working days.

Once the designer receives and verifies the condition of the item(s), they will send the agreed upon exchange item(s) to you within 4 working days.
