[Limited] THE FIRST CHAPTER (WHISKY COFFEE)

CAYU has just been established for a year. I hope that in the past year, everyone will develop the habit of drinking hand-made coffee because of Cayu. In order to give back to you, a limited edition of "The 1st Chapter"-Scottish single malt whisky barrel aged coffee hanging ear bag is specially launched. The whisky barrel selected this time is Sherry Cask 2008 single malt whisky from Laphroaig Distillery, which is famous for its heavy peat flavor in Islay, Scotland. Before roasting, the coffee beans are put into the whisky barrel that has been aged for about 12 to 15 weeks, and it is rotated every day, so that each coffee bean can absorb the whiskey essence remaining in the barrel and brew it out. The coffee that has the mud gas smell of whiskey is strong and powerful, and the flavor is unique. The aging process and roasting of the coffee beans are carried out in Scotland, and the production of each batch is scarce, so it is very precious. Like other whiskey coffees, this coffee tastes completely different from hot and cold drinks. After you have brewed the coffee, let it cool for a while, and you will find that the aroma of the wine will become more and more prominent. We cooperated with a local social enterprise-Groundworks of St. James' Settlement to complete the grinding and packaging process.
