◾️ Common Q&A of Far-G9 bulbs
Q1: Will the EA-G9 bulb that comes with the FAR chandelier be available for purchase later?
A1: FAR uses EmeryAllen EA-G9 LED bulbs, which are available in the Designer Pavilion and are guaranteed to be in continuous supply. To replace it, turn the white jade lampshade open and insert the G9 bulb at a right angle (please refer to the main video)
Q2: How long does it take to receive the light bulbs after placing an order?
A2: If you purchase light bulbs only, they will be delivered to your door via Chunghwa Post. Normally, you will receive your order within 2-4 days from the date of order placement on the main island of Taiwan. Please note the available delivery time when placing an order: morning time or afternoon time. Avoid delays due to absence of consignee, thank you!
Q3: Are there warranties for the lamps and bulbs I purchase?
A3: The warranty period for lamps is one year, and the warranty period for bulbs is 20,000 hours. If the lamps are installed, stored and used in a professional manner, they will not be usable if there is any poor contact within the warranty period. With the warranty card included with the shipment, we will "replace the bulb directly for you".
Q4: I saw in the AR community that FAR has Size M? Is it on sale?
A4: Size M is still in production preparation and is expected to arrive in March 2025. Thanks.
