Cancellation method Cancellation method: If the cancellation is notified 7 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), the full amount will be refunded. 50% of the paid amount will be refunded if the notice is canceled 6 days to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date). How to change the date: The date can be changed from 6 days to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date). However, the change is limited to one time only, and is limited to activities of the same organizer. If there is a price difference after the change, the overcharge will be refunded and the underpayment will be made up. Events that have been rescheduled cannot be canceled. Date changes are not accepted within 3 days to the day of departure. If you need to reschedule within 3 days before departure, you can transfer the quota.
