Simply provide a photo, and we will recreate it in our unique "Sweet Moments" style. Enjoy a free customization option to add your name and receive a complementary phone wallpaper.
Pets can also be drawn (charged at the individual rate)
This product is handmade and kiln-fired at 800°C, making it safe for microwave, oven, and dishwasher use without color fading!
Customization Process
Once we receive your order and payment, we will begin the drawing process.
After the drawing is completed, we will send it to you for approval. Once approved, production will begin.
Drawing time: approximately 2-5 business days
Production time: approximately 2-4 business days
If modifications are needed, please allow an additional 2-3 days.
If you have a specific delivery date in mind, feel free to discuss it with us in advance.
Important Notes
Please send your photos via "Contact Designer."
For any special custom text, provide the following information in the "Message to Designer" section on the product page:
Text on the Cup: Up to 5 characters (Chinese or English) placed on the rim of the cup.
Example: "Happy Ever After!" (If over 5 characters, the text will be placed on the back of the cup.)
Heart Design on Cup Bottom: Choose between a black outline heart or a black solid heart.
The back of the cup is blank. If you wish to add text, please indicate "Add Text to Back."
Shopping Notes
The design will be based on the provided photo. Please clearly specify the desired pose, hairstyle, and clothing at the start, as changes cannot be made later.
If there is a specific pose or style you want but no photo, please find a reference online for us to work from, as no changes can be made once the drawing is complete.
One round of revisions is provided; please list all desired changes at once.
After the revision, you will select the final version for production.
During the high-temperature firing process, minor black spots, scratches, bumps, and color variations are normal ceramic features. Perfectionists should order with caution.
