The creative process itself is a meditative journey to discover oneself ^ ＾ The experience process you will experience in this 3-hour crystal ore meditation class is as follows 1. Organize and focus on areas of life you want to break through or improve 2. Meditate and learn to reset new energies that you want to bring into a particular aspect of your life 3. Select the appropriate crystal array template for the energy characteristics you want to bring in 4. Use intuition, visualization, detection skills or divination cards to select the ore you want to apply in the crystal array 5. Make 2-3 kinds of healing crystal arrays 6. Take pictures of the created crystal array (full-color output into a large image or various sizes you want to use after returning home, so that the energy of the crystal array can continue to be applied in life) 7.
