*It is recommended to keep nails short for both pulling and pinching courses to avoid hindering shaping and scratching the body.
*Please wear a mask at all times during class.
*After the pottery is formed, it needs to undergo natural drying, biscuit firing, glazing, glaze firing and other processes. It will be carried out by the teacher and it will take 4-6 weeks. After receiving the notice, you can go to the studio to pick up the work. If mailing is required, postage will be charged separately and will be packaged in protective bubble paper. However, we are not responsible for any damage during shipping.
* There are many uncontrollable factors in the firing process of pottery. The body made by beginners is especially prone to flaws. There may be cracks or cracks in the process of biscuit firing and glaze firing. The broken ones can be exempted from glaze firing fees. Course fees are not refundable.
**| Leave regulations |**
*Courses are by appointment only. Please inform at least 3 days in advance of any leave. Make-up classes or transfers can be made within one month. No refunds will be issued for those who fail to comply with the regulations.
*If a student is temporarily diagnosed or a family member is diagnosed, they can make up the course or transfer it within 90 days. If they want to cancel the course, please present the rapid test certificate for a full refund.
*If you are unable to attend classes due to natural disasters or force majeure factors (such as the teacher’s diagnosis), you can choose to make up the class later or transfer it. Those who cancel the class will receive a full refund.
