Three types of glass to choose from
Silver Star Glass: It is an old window glass common in Taiwan in the early days. The cross pattern has a bit of Japanese style.
▸Begonia flower glass: It is also one of the old glasses that was often seen when I was a child. The whole piece is covered with begonia prints, which is quite retro. Many customers choose this pattern to give gifts to foreign friends.
Silver glass: The pattern is simple and elegant, we often use it to make hand-painted glass and light box glass.
Shouzhuo Handicraft Studio only has the hands of our husband and wife, and we complete every work by hand.
If the customer is in urgent need of delivery, please take the initiative to send a private message to ask if it is still in stock or indicate the date on which delivery is required. We will arrange it for you depending on the order status.
If there is no special notice, orders will be placed in order and production will take about 10-30 days.
┃Wood┃
We choose hardwood to make it, which is strong, durable and not easy to cause scratches. Its value is higher than that of ordinary softwood (pine wood). As time goes by, the texture of the wood becomes more and more fragrant.
Wood is a natural material. Even if the wood is of the same species, different batches of wood will inevitably have slight differences in color and grain. If you have special needs for wood color, please send a private message first and we will try our best to cooperate according to the condition of the wood in the season.
┃Glass┃
Most of the old glass we use is purchased from people around the world, especially the crabapple flower and Silver star cross pattern glass which are often removed from old houses.
After the glass is brought back to the studio, it will be sorted and eliminated. Occasional fine lines are traces of time. If you mind, we recommend ordering new transparent glass or new patterned glass.
┃Paint┃
The outer coating uses German Osmo 3044 natural "primary color" wood oil, which is combined with a natural combination of raw materials. It is harmless to the human body and children after drying, while ensuring the safety and health of the applicator and user. Please feel free to use it.
