In contrast to the often-seen practice of making Gummy Candy from processed sugar and processed pectin, we adopt the concept of eating whole foods by selecting a wide array of fruits, using large amounts of local produce, and making best use of the whole fruits to provide an unique taste of Taiwan.

Innovative Skills, Traditional Art
In order to reduce reliance on imported food materials, we develope a new production method that matches the production model of small-scale local farmers. In addition, we select traditionally-produced maltose, sun-dried sea salt and maranta powder in efforts of passing on the crafts of production.
