1. If you want to cancel your reservation after payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system:
* 3 days before (excluding the day of reservation), the cancellation of the reservation will be notified, and the full amount will be refunded.
* Within 3 days (excluding the day of reservation), 30% of the full fee will be charged for cancellation.
* Since some important ingredients are delivered daily, no refund will be given if cancel the reservation on the day.
eg. reservated a meal on 2/15. Cancellation of reservations before 2/11 will be refunded in full. Cancellations on 2/12 ~ 2/14 will be charged at 30% of the total amount. Cancellations on 2/15. cannot be refunded .
2. This package is Pinkoi's exclusive set, the price includes 10% service charge.
3. Since some important ingredients are delivered daily, if you want to postpone the booking time due to your personal reasons, please be sure to inform the contact of the rescheduled matter 3 days before.
4. This set is a limited-edition. Please use it according to the date and time period specified in the purchase experience.
5. After ordering, our restaurant reserves the right to accept the order.
6. Those who have not purchased this set must order at least one additional meal, drink or dessert. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.
