A: If you are unable to participate in the course due to personal reasons, please refer to the following relevant instructions
1. Three days before the course start date, you can apply to cancel/transfer the course in full
2. Since all the materials required for the course are ready within three days of the course start date, 30% of the course fee will be deducted as the material preparation fee.
3. Applications for cancellation or refund will not be accepted on the first day of class, but classes can be transferred to others.
