(1) Each set of goods purchased will be packaged in a complete carton. Since the goods are installed and fixed for delivery as a whole set, they usually come in larger boxes, and we will also thoughtfully help you wrap them with bubble wrap, etc. Anti-collision material packaging.
(2) If the purchased product requires self-installation, because the customized size requires machine cutting of pipes and threading, it is normal for threads to be partially exposed at the joints of normal pipe fittings.
(3) The overlapping of iron parts or the connecting parts are welded, and traces of solder joints are normal.
(4) Customized sizes of different sizes must be quoted separately depending on the situation. The wood boards of the product must be recognized that the texture, color, or distribution of wood knots may not be completely consistent. The finished pine wood itself is soft, and it is easy to have some defects during the production or transportation process. Some small details and scratches cannot be 100% completely avoided.
(5) Customized products usually require time to wait. If the raw materials are extended or shortened, it still depends on the actual situation. If the time is urgent, please communicate with the designer in advance. However, for the sake of quality, we do not accept urgent items. It is inconvenient. Please forgive me.
(6) The customer must fully confirm the customized product requirements before payment. Once the payment is made and production is arranged, no further modifications can be made unless the customer is willing to bear the cost of material loss.
(7) Overseas buyers should write to our store to discuss the shipping costs before purchasing. We apologize for the inability to ship the custom-made items if they are too large.
