I personally think that the Chinese in the world are the only ones who know how to love osmanthus from the bottom of their hearts.
There is a huge difference between the hand-picked osmanthus flowers on the branches and the fallen flowers swept up from the ground, both in terms of value and price.
Freshly picked flowers are stuffed with rock sugar, matured over time, maltose, salt flowers, and olive oil are added to boil it into syrup, then mixed with rice flavor and almond fruit, and then hand-kneaded into shape and cooled. The sugar coating is thin and crispy, and the floral fragrance is elegant. It’s not easy, but it’s so worth it~
