Barbary Lion Barbary Lion
The Barbary lion was once distributed in North Africa from Morocco to Egypt. It is characterized by the dark mane that runs from the back to the abdomen of the male lion. Some believe they are the largest subspecies of lion, but this remains unconfirmed.
In the sixth century BC, the Barbary lion was brought to Rome from North Africa and became a ferocious beast that fought against gladiators in the arena. Although Europeans no longer hunted Barbary lions in such large numbers after the fall of the Roman Empire, their native habitat in North Africa overlapped with humans' expanding villages, triggering numerous human-lion conflicts. In 1922, the last wild Barbary lion was shot and killed in the Atlas Mountains. However, because several zoos still have lions that are suspected to be descendants of Barbary lions, they are not currently classified as "extinct" and are only temporarily considered extinct. Defined as "extinct in the wild".
IUCN Class: Extinct in the Wild (EW)

Q: What is iron-on embroidery?
There is adhesive backing after the embroidery. You can use an iron to iron the embroidery onto clothing, canvas bags, hats, etc. The usage steps are as follows:
1. Remove the green clay used for fixing the back
2. After placing the ironing patch in a fixed position, first cover it with a layer of handkerchief-thick cloth to avoid damage to the embroidery and clothing due to high temperature.
3. Set the iron to the highest temperature and press and iron for more than 30 seconds until the corners completely fit the surface.
4. It can be used after the ironing and embroidery has cooled down.
*Steam iron cannot be used
*Do not hot stamp on nylon, silk, waterproof materials, sweaters, and down-containing clothing.
*Do not let children operate alone
