Handmade hexagonal open bangle in hammered silver wire (B0025)

This silver bangle is handmade from a thick, square-profile silver wire that was hammered to create a unique pattern on the surface and then bent into a hexagonal shape. It is crafted in 98% Silver, a higher silver content than the usual 92.5%. It is adjustable, you can just gently pull it open or tighten it in order to fit your hand perfectly. The surface hammerings give a unique and handmade touch to the piece. The bracelet is lightweight and suitable for any occasion. It can be nicely matched to the hexagonal loop earrings and a ring in hexagonal shape that we also have in our shop. In case the item is out of stock we can produce it in 2-3 weeks time. The bangle was hand crafted in 98% Silver by Thai Karen hill-tribe artisans. The Karen are a group of ethnic peoples who reside primarily in southern and southeastern Burma and in northern and north-eastern Thailand. Thai and Burmese hill tribes can be traced back to the 12th century when they are said to have originated from Tibet. With a higher silver content than sterling silver, Karen silver has a weight, bright satin color and feel, all of its own. Every piece is handmade and individual.
