There are many elements around the face totems, such as waves, forests, the sun, the moon, clouds, mountains, rocks, flowers, the universe and other natural elements, depicting that when we focus on our heart fully, we will be able to really set aside the human made’s worldly mundane life and connect with the primordial simple self and its force. Close your eyes and let all senses flow naturally. Try to find, listen, and introspect inwardly, focus on a state that makes you sincerely happy, and invite your body and mind to stay in.
