This plum wine experience DIY course allows you to taste the plum wine brewed last year, learn different knowledge and techniques of plum wine, start with the raw materials of plum wine, sugar, and wine, how to choose and distinguish, and make your favorite plum wine!!
- Enjoy tasting green plum wine/ripe plum wine and eating plum wine
- Introducing Taiwan’s plum agriculture, plum farmers and planting environment
- Learn different knowledge and techniques for brewing plum wine
- Experience the process of making plum wine with your own hands, blanching, removing the stems, selecting sugar, and filling with wine
- Write the wine label by hand and paste it on it to complete a bottle of 1000ml plum wine

*Alcoholic beverage sampling is provided in this course. Please abide by the rules: do not drive after drinking and do not drink while driving.
*Minor participants must be accompanied by their parents. We will provide plum vinegar soda for minor participants to drink.
