【Refund policy】
Sponsor Cancellation Policy:
(1) The Central Meteorological Bureau issued an onshore typhoon warning, the trip will be canceled and a full refund will be made.
(2) If the weather forecast is good, but the weather on the day makes it impossible to carry out the activity, the trip will be cancelled, and a full refund will be made.
(3) If the weather conditions worsen halfway after departure, if the itinerary is changed or canceled for safety reasons, no refund will be made.

Consumer refund policy:
(1) Cancellations with a notice of more than 7 days from the departure date (excluding the departure date) can be fully refunded.
(2) If the cancellation is notified 6 days to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
(3) No rescheduling or cancellation will be accepted within 3 days to the same day before the departure date, and no refund will be made.
Due to personal factors, it is necessary to change the activity level (date session), and the change is limited to one time, and please inform in advance (temporary change of level will not be accepted 3 days before the event date). Rescheduling, cancellation and refund will not be accepted after changing the class.

【Precautions】
1. Activity restrictions:
(1) Driving must be at least 18 years old
(2) The beach car experience requires a lot of physical strength, so please be sure to carefully evaluate your own abilities; passengers with a history of cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy, etc., pregnancy, knee injuries, or poor physical strength are not suitable for this activity
2. It is not necessary to hold a driver's license to drive an ATV, but it is better to have experience in riding a motorcycle.
3. During the activity, the coach will accompany the group for guarding. Please be sure to follow the instructions of the coach to carry out activities and ensure safety. If there is a dangerous behavior and you do not listen to dissuasion, the on-site coach has the right to terminate your activity without refunding the fee. If the vehicle is damaged due to this, the vehicle maintenance fee will be borne.
4. The team is based on the principle of group entry and exit. Once the coaches and team members have started activities, latecomers will not be allowed to join midway (and no refunds will be given). Please pay special attention not to be late, so as not to affect your rights and interests.
5. When actually performing the activity, the coach will change the itinerary depending on the situation, or even cancel the itinerary when the weather conditions get worse. If you cannot accept that the itinerary may change for some reason, please do not participate. In order to ensure the safety and smooth progress of this activity, all groups enter and exit and follow the instructions of the team leader coach. We will not be responsible for accidents caused by leaving the team or not listening to advice!
6. The special driving route (secret route) will be experienced by an accompanying coach. If there is insufficient time or it is muddy in rainy days, this service will not be provided.
7. Event photos and videos will be uploaded to the fan page community for everyone to share, download or use for marketing exposure. If you do not want to make it public, please inform the coach separately.

【Safety instructions before driving】
1. Do not drink alcohol or take any drugs before driving.
2. Please wear waterproof sports shoes and sandals, wide trousers and long skirts are prohibited, and safety helmets and related protective gear must be worn.
3. Dangerous driving behaviors such as overtaking, side-by-side, snaking, and leaving the team are prohibited while the vehicle is moving. If there is a dangerous behavior and you do not listen to dissuasion, the on-site coaches and staff have the right to terminate your activity, and there will be no refund and no liability for any damage liability.
4. It is recommended not to bring valuables to participate in the event. If you bring any items on the bus, you will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
