The body and plate of this cup are covered in white brown, and the body and rim of the cup are painted with burnt brown by hand. The bottom edge of the cup body is retracted in an arc shape, making the cup shape simple and stable without a sense of rigidity. The cup handle is a rare round design, which brings a little cuteness.
Horst Bentz (son of Melitta Bentz) established Porzellanfabrik Friesland in 1953, and Melita bought it in 1957 as a porcelain brand under the company. In 1970, Friesland began to launch the Ceracron series. The density and hardness of the porcelain in this series were higher than usual! The glaze is fired at a high temperature of 1080 degrees, and the color gradation and high saturation become a great feature of the product, and their unique glaze has always been regarded as a trade secret. After 1982, apart from coffee filters, white porcelain and some glassware, no tableware was produced.
