Meizi is everywhere, everyone can do it, but not everyone knows how to do it. Nantou produces plums, so we took advantage of me, using plums from Yuchi Township, using non-toxic brown rice vinegar that took 3 years to brew, and then putting the plums in brown rice vinegar for 3 years to complete.
In the past, plums were pickled with one kilogram of sugar and one kilogram of plums. The plums produced in this way were too sweet and the nutrients they ate were far less than the sugars we ate. Our plums were not sweet, that is, "**very Umeko**!"
