**【Experience process】**

→Happy rafting experience

※Due to the natural valley water + unpowered rafting circle, the whole trip will be slightly affected by the number of participants and the water condition of the stream. The entire trip takes about 3.5 to 4 hours.

2. The fee includes: rafting ring (one for adults and one for children), a full set of life-saving equipment (helmet, life jacket, river shoes), activity insurance, local professional coach with the group, professional camera photo recording of the entire process, hot water washing (shower room), short-distance transfer (Nanao Station to the meeting point). .
3. Reservation is required at least 2 days in advance.
**4. Please leave a message when booking to tell us whether you want to book a morning or afternoon session.**
**5. The age limit for participating is 6 to 65 years old.**

1. During the activity, professional coaches will accompany you and provide assistance at any time. During the activity, please be sure to wear complete safety equipment including: helmets, life jackets, river-tracing shoes, etc., and follow the coach's instructions to ensure the safety of yourself and your team.
2. Outdoor activities emphasize mutual cooperation and teamwork, and are conducted with the assistance of activity coaches. All activities are insured. Please follow the coach's instructions during the experience. If you do not follow the coach's instructions and do not listen to dissuasion, in order to avoid accidents, we will The coach reserves the right to terminate the activity immediately without refund.
3. Those with past or current special medical conditions, such as dizziness, arthritis, heart disease, pregnancy, high blood pressure, major surgery, stroke, diabetes, or other medical conditions (such as asthma, please prepare your own medicine) , please inform us specifically. The coach will make special arrangements based on individual circumstances. We will not be held responsible if there is no notification of an accident.
4. For those who wear glasses, please add a glasses strap to secure it for safety reasons. Those who wear disposable contact lenses can prepare frog glasses to prevent the glasses from falling and affecting their safety.
5. During the activity, you need to hold the handle tightly when passing through the rapids of the stream. 3C products can easily fall into the stream and be difficult to find. Therefore, please do not take 3C products (mobile phones, non-waterproof cameras) into the water. We will not be responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
6. The coach will take photos for you and put them on the Internet for download. If you do not want to appear on the Internet, please declare to the coach who takes the photos on site.
7. If it is impossible to arrive at the event location due to poor weather conditions, changes in the natural environment or force majeure on the day of the event, the on-site coach reserves the right to change the location or cancel the event for safety reasons.
**Organizer cancellation policy:**
(1) In the event of force majeure such as a typhoon causing a government announcement to stop work, the trip will be automatically canceled and a full refund will be issued.
(2) If the weather conditions on the day of the activity are not ideal, the on-site coach will decide whether to carry out the activity. If the coach determines to cancel, you can choose to postpone it (limited to the current year), and no refund will be given.
(3) If the number of people does not meet the group standard, the organizer will notify you at least 1 day before the event and provide a full refund.
**Consumer Return Policy:**
In order to protect the rights and interests of both parties and other guests, the cancellation policy of this plan is as follows, and purchase is deemed to be agreement:
- The event can be rescheduled or rescheduled 7 days (inclusive) before the event date. Rescheduling or rescheduling is not allowed within 7 days of the event date.
- If canceled with notice from 7 days to 2 days before the event date (excluding the event date), only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
- No cancellations will be accepted from 1 day before the event to the day of the event, and no refunds will be given.
