【Age/accompanying regulations】

• Single participants must be 12 years of age or older

• Participants aged 7-11 must be accompanied by a relative or friend aged 16 or above, and an additional fee of NT$500 will be charged. Please contact us to confirm the number of places before registration - ＊IG @slowwwstudio＊

• The course is for single-player only, no co-op option (except for 7-11 year olds who must co-op)

• The course does not accept non-participants’ accompaniment or children; there is a library next to the studio, you may consider waiting there

＊Please note that this studio is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during the use of tools＊

【School Days】

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class starts (the classroom door will open 10 minutes before class starts)

• Please be on time and do not be late
＊If you are late for more than 20 minutes on the class day, it will be considered as absence, and the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited

• Black Cat Store Manager’s special reminder:
The studio has a passionate black cat manager who may come to rub against you. If you are not comfortable with cats, it is recommended that you first evaluate whether to participate in the course

• During the course, we will take some photos and videos to record the course progress and learning atmosphere.
Please note that these photos and videos may be used for public display, including but not limited to social media, websites, promotional materials, etc.
If you do not want your image to be published or used for promotional purposes, please inform us before the course begins.
We respect the personal privacy of every student and will strictly abide by your requirements to ensure that your images will not be disclosed or used.

【Timeout regulations】

• The studio will not charge any overtime fees, but the overtime limit is "up to 30 minutes"

• If the time exceeds 30 minutes, students can take the unfinished work away
＊Generally speaking, students can complete the front part of the pattern within the course time, and the remaining back processing and trimming can be completed by themselves at home.

• You can also ask a teacher to complete it for you (a $300 work fee will be charged, and shipping costs will be charged separately)

【Rescheduling Policy】

Please note: once the reservation is made, the deposit is non-refundable.

- If you need to reschedule, please contact us for confirmation at least 7 days before the class day.

- If you request to reschedule your class 3-7 days before the class date, a rescheduling fee of $400 will be charged. The fee will be charged when the rescheduling is confirmed.

- No rescheduling request will be accepted within 72 hours before the class. Students can transfer their place to others so that they can attend the class as scheduled.

- If you apply and meet the above conditions, you can reschedule your class once, and you can only make up the class within [two months] after the original class date.

• If a typhoon or other extreme weather conditions prevent the class from starting on the scheduled date, we will contact you to arrange a make-up class.
