There are many desserts in the Tang Shui shop, and I especially like the "Tangerine Peel and Red Bean Soup". Aged and sun-dried tangerine peel, red beans, lilies, and lotus seeds are boiled into a sweet soup. When you enter the mouth, there is a faint aroma of tangerine peel and red bean paste, which creates a multi-layered taste.
The hand-carved woodblock is rolled with specially blended "tangerine peel" ink. After the ink dries, it has the warm texture of the woodblock.
