《Via Cassia Series》 An original handmade unisex wristwatch with a simple and antique finish that suits both men and women. I designed it with the image of ancient Rome so that it fits in with the European cityscape. The case, belt, dial, buckle, etc. are all original designs, and all but the movement and hands are handmade. The shape of the case is created by casting using the lost wax technique, and the surface is oxidized to create an antique look. The shape of the case has a three-dimensional design that makes it look like Greek numerals are floating in the air, giving it an ancient image. In addition, various types of crosses are engraved on the sides to further create an antique feel. The dial has a skeleton type design that seems to float in the center of the watch. The surface of the dial has a convex portion that matches the second hand on the circumference, which is an image of a castle wall. It is a skeleton watch that shows various faces on the dial depending on how the light enters when you actually wear the watch. The belt is made by hand using cowhide, cutting, punching, dyeing, hand stitching, and metal fittings. Dyeing work is performed twice, dyeing once, drying, and then dyeing again. This gives it a deeper color. In addition, we incorporated the element of accessories by emphasizing the seams using threads of the opposite color to the belt color.
