Before the tribe opened to traffic, this ancient road was the most important road for the tribe besides the sea route. From studying to studying materials trading, even when emergency medical treatment is needed, a small team of tribal youths is organized to cross the coast mountain range to Fenglin for medical treatment. After the tribe opened to traffic, this road was gradually forgotten. In the past 40 to 50 years, no one has walked again. The young people who once walked are now elders in their 60s and 70s. Way to go.
The year before last, the tribe's partners and elders set off again, sacrificing the ancestors and mountain gods, bringing mountain knives and shotguns, and finally found the road bit by bit, and built the taluan back at the top of the mountain. This cross-ridge ancient road is not just a road, over the coastal mountains, but more importantly - to rediscover the forgotten memories of the land.

**【stay】**
On D1 night, we will spend the night in the taluan (hunting house) on the mountain. There is no artificial toilet and we cannot wash our hands.
On D2 night, we stayed overnight in Tongbu in the tribe’s home, and took a bath with a firewood water heater. This night will be a rare and special experience.
**【Bring items】**
1. A large backpack (recommended 30-50L mountaineering bag or a backpack that can hold items for two days and one night), backpack cover (to prevent rain).
2. What to wear: Sweatshirt, T-shirt, trousers, "hiking shoes or rain boots" that are not afraid of getting dirty and easy to walk, windbreaker jacket. (In addition, you can prepare an extra set of clean clothes and seal them in plastic bags to prevent rain and wetness and change them after arriving at the destination)
3. Two-piece raincoat: It is safer and less likely to wet the pants. Why is it not recommended to wear a poncho-style raincoat? Because it's like walking on a mountain road in a long skirt, you will fall!
4. Sleeping bag: Be sure to bring it! The temperature difference between day and night in the mountains is huge, so you can sleep in a sleeping bag to avoid losing temperature
5. Sleeping pad: When you sleep in the mountains, you lie directly on the wood in the hunting camp, which is less flat. A sleeping pad can help you sleep well at night
6. Headlight: I will take you to night observation at night, please be sure to bring it with you to avoid danger, flashlight and mobile phone light cannot be used instead
7. Personal environmental protection tableware: please reduce the use of disposable tableware to protect the earth! Please be sure to bring it, otherwise you can only use your hands when eating in the mountains at night
8. Sufficient drinking water for individuals, at least two liters are recommended
9. Wear long-sleeved trousers: prevent mosquito bites and plant cuts in mountainous areas
10. Warm clothes: Although the altitude of Lie Liao on the top of the mountain is only more than 500 meters, it is quite large because it is facing the wind on the top of the mountain. In summer, the sun will be slightly hot, but it will be cold at night. The temperature difference between day and night is about 5-10 degrees.

● The activity includes ancient trails to find roots. You need to walk up the ridgeline of the coastal mountains on foot. D1 cuts about 3.5 hours, and D2 cuts down from the other side for about 1.5 hours. During the process, tribal hunters will lead the way, and there will be wild collection and hunter skills teaching in the mountains and forests. .. etc., please wear comfortable walking clothes, hiking shoes or rain boots, and bring knives if you have them.
● D1 lunch is during the action. Each person will prepare a tribal mother field meal bag. If you eat a lot, it is recommended to bring some action food; as for D1 evening drinks, snacks, etc., please bring your own.
● D1 will have a hunting trail to explore at night, be sure to carry a headlamp and follow the instructions of the tribe hunter. Before entering the hunting ground, it is traditional to greet the ancestor spirit of the mountain god first. Please abide by all regulations, and do not leave the team or act alone; the key point is to understand the tribal culture, the connection between the land and life, whether there is a harvest or not, if you finish it safely and smoothly, you are the mountain god and the gift of ancestors.
● Luggage can be divided into two parts. One part must be as light as possible for going up the mountain, and the other part will be used the next night or things that will not be used on the mountain can be placed in the old tribal house first.
● Due to safety considerations, children under the age of 12 are not allowed to sign up for this activity, please be informed.
● After confirming the group, you will be invited to join the group's LINE group 10-14 days before departure, so that important matters can be announced, confirmed and contacted in the future. Please be sure to fill in the correct LINE information when ordering.
● The minimum number of people in the group is 8.
