The company will provide accompanying photos during the event. The company has the right to use the photos during the event and publish them on web pages, social media or advertisements. 7. After registration, if the passenger is unable to travel due to epidemic factors such as being diagnosed with COVID-19 or being quarantined, please be informed that cancellation and refund are still not possible. 8. Do not take off your safety equipment unless instructed by personnel. 9. If you do not participate in the event due to personal reasons during the non-cancellable period, extensions and refunds will not be accepted. (Examples of personal factors: diagnosis, injury, menstrual period, car accident, oversleeping...) Participants are responsible for reading this clause before making payment, and understand and bear the relevant risks. 10. Late arrival/no-show: If a participant is more than 20 minutes late from the meeting time, his or her registration will be automatically canceled and no additional waiting will be required or participants will be accepted to join the event midway. Participants who are unable to participate in the event due to lateness/no-show will not be refunded or postponed. If there is a slight delay (within 20 minutes), please inform the person on the day 15-20 minutes before the meeting. 11.
