1. Courses are subject to reservations. Please contact us to make an appointment and confirm the number of places before payment.
2. We respect the guests who make reservations at each time slot. Please arrive on time on the day of the course. Please do not be late or cancel the course on the day. If the course cannot be completed due to personal factors, the deposit will not be refunded.
3. If you need to change the date, you must inform us three days in advance, and a change fee of NT$500 will be charged for more than three days.
4. Those who have completed the registration and are unable to participate for some reason should contact the studio three days before the event to reschedule or apply for a refund. Overdue will be deemed as a waiver and no refund will be given.
5. After registration, if the event cannot be carried out as scheduled due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, the studio will actively contact the applicant to reschedule.
6 Those who want to refund, after deducting 10% of the activity fee as the handling fee, the balance will be refunded.
7. Group experience courses are limited to the production of the same style, and additional reservations are required.
