Precautions:
● If you want to sign up for a course, you can first "contact the designer" to confirm the status of the course, and then place an order.
● Designers must prepare materials in advance. In order to protect the rights and interests of designers, a 30% handling fee will be charged if the ticket is refunded due to personal factors of the consumer, and the ticket will not be refunded 10 days before the event.
● If you need to reschedule, please "contact the designer" to assist in rescheduling, and no rescheduling will be allowed 10 days before the event.
● If the course enrollment does not reach the minimum number, the museum has the right to cancel the event, and contact you 2~5 days in advance to change the class or refund the full amount.
● Admission is open 15 minutes before the activity. In order to make the experience activities go smoothly, please be careful not to be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be able to enter the venue, and you will not be able to refund the fee.
● Only ticket buyers are allowed to participate in the seat, and those who have not purchased tickets are not allowed to participate in the experience together.
● Tea is provided at the event site, and you can decide whether to bring your own.
● If the class is suspended due to force majeure such as natural disasters, the library will take the initiative to contact you to postpone or refund.
● During the event, side shots will be taken as needed and shared with the community after the event. In the future, photos and images containing your portrait may be used for activity records or other enrollment channel promotion purposes. If you do not want to be photographed, you can take the initiative to inform us in advance, we will pay attention and make special arrangements.
● As the lecturers are all professional teachers in the industry, the time must be arranged as early as possible, so there will be no make-up classes for unexcused absences.
