1. Since designers must prepare materials before the event, if you are unable to attend after payment is completed, you can contact the brand to reschedule, and no refund will be given.
2. The event is open for admission on time. In order to allow the experience event to proceed smoothly, please do not be late. Those who are late for more than 10 minutes will not be admitted, and no refund or rescheduling will be allowed.
3. The course venue is charged per person (the same applies to children), so the actual number of attendees is the number of applicants. Please do not bring temporary companions or increase the number of people traveling with you. If you need to bring a companion, please inform us in advance. If you do not inform us in advance, you will still have to pay a venue fee of $350-$500/person.
4. Due to the design limitations of the platform's backend and the multiple channels, there may occasionally be situations where the actual number of remaining places does not match the number of remaining places displayed on the platform. In this case, we will proactively inform you and the reservation holder can choose to refund or reschedule.
5. Participants should abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site instructor. If there is any violation and any damage is caused, they will be responsible for themselves.
6. If participation in the activity is suspended due to factors that are not responsible for the brand, no refund will be given.
7. If classes are suspended due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, the brand will proactively contact you for an extension or refund. In the event of a typhoon, the class suspension standards announced by the venue where the event is held will be the standards for class opening and rescheduling, regardless of the location of the participants.
8. The organizer will take side photos of the experience activities as needed and upload them to the Legal Girl Floral Office community after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing portraits for event records or other recruitment channel promotions. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site and we will take note and make special arrangements.
