Product Description

This leaf dish has a beautiful Shuzan blue color. The leaf shape creates an accent on the dining table. This dish can be used for a wide range of purposes, including cooking, sweets, and accessory storage. The color can be selected from indigo or iron glazed. It is also recommended as a saucer for Shuzangama Kiln teacups.
The glaze is an original recipe left by Shuji I. The blue ware was fired in the last years of the founder's life, using only the original Koishiwara clay.
Shigenobu II and Takeshi III added various expressions to the original recipe.

The actual color may differ from the photo on this page due to the monitor's limitations.
There may be dents of about 1mm called "pinholes. Pinholes are a phenomenon unique to ceramics and are not defective.
