Outdoor activities are not entirely romantic, but they are an experience worth remembering. In the event of weather changes, arrangements will be made based on rain preparation, and this cannot be used as a reason for refund or partial refund. ◆ If the weather is bad, please follow the instructions of the coach and team leader. ◆ Please use team spirit to assist your teammates and do not leave the team to act alone. ◆ Please be sure to keep the environment clean and do not leave any garbage behind. ◆ Smoking is prohibited at the event site, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Please cooperate with yourself. ◆ Registration for rainy days: During showers and light rain, if you continue to wear a raincoat, you will pay more attention to safety. If it rains heavily, the activities will be adjusted. ◆ If there is any situation during mountain climbing that can be handled within the scope of professional care, the team leader and coach will handle it and contact the emergency contact person as soon as possible. The situation will still be reported to the emergency contact person during the handling process. ◆ Please refer to the refund policy for refunds when canceling an event. ◆ Set up a Line group to prepare for activities and discuss related questions. ◆ The [Mountain Equipment Inspection and Organizing] teaching course and [Pre-departure instructions] will be explained in Line mode. ◆ Event-related images include photos and videos, which may be used in the event introduction and promotion of our company and partner platforms. The link to the album is provided for download. 【Cancellation method】 ◆ If the passenger applies for cancellation 31 days before the start of the trip, there will be a 0% handling fee ◆ If a passenger applies for cancellation 21-30 days before the start of the trip (including the 30th day), 20% of the order fee will be deducted as a handling fee. ◆ If a passenger applies for cancellation 11-20 days before the start of the trip (including the 20th day), 30% of the order fee will be deducted as a handling fee. ◆ If a passenger applies for cancellation 4-10 days before the start of the trip (including the 10th day), 50% of the order fee will be deducted as a handling fee. ◆ If a passenger applies for cancellation 3 days before the start of the trip, 100% of the order fee will be deducted as a handling fee. ◆ Passengers who apply for cancellation on the day of the trip cannot apply for a refund. ◆ If the event is terminated due to factors that are not responsible for the organizer, no refund will be given. ◆ No refunds will be given for personal reasons such as lateness or absence. 【Weather influence】 ◆ If the Xiakaro Mountain area is unable to travel due to weather factors such as rain, and if the weather permits in Songluo Lake on the other side of the mountains, it will be automatically converted to the Songluo Lake itinerary, which is also a two-day and one-night itinerary, and camping will be done at Songluo Lake. . Relevant itinerary information will be updated accordingly. ◆ If the event is affected by force majeure (such as typhoon warnings, heavy rain warnings, etc.), the organizer will decide whether to cancel and refund the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses. ◆ If this itinerary is unable to go out due to force majeure factors such as typhoon, heavy rain, etc., in order to consider the safety of the group members, the company reserves the right to change the itinerary depending on the actual situation. In case of cancellation, the incurred expenses and 30 yuan remittance fee will be deducted. The rest will be refunded. Those who postpone can choose another tour date at no additional cost. ◆ No refunds will be given if the itinerary is changed due to sudden changes in weather, safety considerations or personal factors during the activity. [How to change the date] ◆ The date can be changed 14 days before the departure date, but the change can only be made once and is limited to events of the same organizer. Cancellations will not be accepted for rescheduled events. ◆ No date changes will be accepted from 14 days before to the day of departure. ◆ If there is a price difference after the change, the excess cost will be refunded and the shortfall will be compensated. ◆ It is recommended that you transfer your place if you need to reschedule within 14 days before departure. However, please be sure to provide the name, contact information and relevant information of the agent participant.
