【Cancellation Policy】
Organizer cancellation policy:
(1) The Central Meteorological Administration issues a maritime typhoon warning and will announce the cancellation of the trip and a full refund within 24 hours.
(2) The weather forecast is good, but the sea conditions on that day are obviously not suitable for going to sea, the activity will be canceled and the fee will be refunded in full.
(3) No refunds will be given if the sea conditions deteriorate during the voyage and the voyage is changed or suspended for safety reasons.

Consumer Return Policy:
(1). Full refund is available if canceled 3 days before the event (excluding departure date).
(2). No cancellation will be accepted within 3 days before the event, and no refund will be given.

【Notes】

1. Passengers under the age of 7 taking the Dapeng Bay cruise must purchase an insurance ticket on site (insurance ticket is 50 yuan per person, not including meals)
2. If you are traveling with passengers under the age of 7, please notify us when booking the activity and purchase tickets on-site at the Dapeng Bay Cruise.
3. Please report to the counter 30 minutes before departure. The activity is on a group-in, group-out basis. Once the boat has left the shore, latecomers will not be allowed to join midway (and refunds will not be given). Please be especially careful not to be late to avoid affecting your rights.
4. Taiwanese passengers should carry their ID cards or health insurance cards with them, and foreign passengers should carry their passports with them in order to participate in maritime activities.
5. Please do not smoke or chew betel nuts on board, do not carry dangerous goods, flammable goods, or items that emit a foul odor, or engage in dangerous activities. To protect navigation safety and the rights of other passengers, please follow the instructions of the staff.
6. For vegetarians, please inform us when ordering. The grilled fresh oysters included in the lake tour will be replaced by a vegetarian snack for you!
7. In the event of force majeure factors such as weather, walruses, temporary accidents, etc., based on safety considerations, the supplier has the right to cancel the flight. In this case, you can choose to receive a full refund or reschedule for free.
8. Water sports are easily affected by the weather. During the actual voyage, the staff may modify the itinerary according to changes in wind direction and hydrological conditions, or even cancel the voyage midway when sea conditions worsen. If you cannot accept that the itinerary may change for any reason, please do not participate.
9. To ensure the safety and smooth progress of this activity, please always follow the instructions of the staff. If you do not listen to dissuasion, in order to avoid accidents, the on-site staff has the right to immediately suspend the activity without refund. We will not be responsible for any accidents that occur if you do not follow the advice!
10. The wind and waves in Dapeng Bay are small, but if you are afraid of seasickness, please bring your own seasickness medicine and take it in advance. Do not stay up late the day before sailing. Maintaining a good mental state and a happy and relaxed mood can reduce the possibility of seasickness. You can refer to the instructions of professional commentators before setting sail to avoid seasickness.
11. Single bicycle rental coupons and Secret Cafe-Niao Zai Cafe drink and cake coupons must be used during the business hours of Secret Cafe-Niao Zai Cafe on the Dapeng Bay Lake Tour Experience Day or the next day (09:00-18:00 ) for redemption and will become invalid upon expiration.
12. The rental time for a single bicycle is 2 hours, and the drink and cake coupons can only be exchanged for products under 80 yuan.
13. Single bicycles can be rented on-site for 200 yuan/bicycle. People over 3 years old can rent bicycles with training wheels.
