Foldable insert for reusable menstrual pad

Absorb well, dry fast, easy to clean (with soap bar) Inserts can be reused over and over just like your underwear! How to wear: 1. Fold the fabric any way you like and place on top of SunnyCotton cloth pad. Secure it in place by inserting under the two straps. 2. It is recommended to wear cloth pads with relatively tight underpants. Feel relaxed and secured during your days. 3. Once the flow has reached the bottom of the insert, it is time to change. Replace it with a fresh insert. 4. Store soiled insert in ziplock bag or waterproof box. How to wash: 1. Used cloth can be left unwashed for several days. You can keep them completely soaked in a water bucket and change the water daily, or keep the completely dry in an open container. 2. When you are ready to clean, soak the cloth thoroughly to wash away the blood as much ad possible. 3. As there are remaining stains, rub “soap bar” on it repeatedly. (No need to scrub harshly) 4. Soak and leave the soapy cloth for 15 minutes or overnight. 5. As time goes by, the stains will fade. You can hand wash or machine wash to get rid of excessive soap. 6.
