Taiwanese taste is cultural identity.

In this issue, the designer Yang Shiqing is invited to design a limited edition double cover for the cross knife. Together with Puzzle Leung, a photographer who was born in Macau and lived in Taiwan, he deconstructed the egg and the crust separately, using the "hot" omelet as a starting point to deconstruct the new Taiwanese flavor.
The new is also the way and process of re-recognition, with more tolerance and possibilities, and continue to move forward in the Taiwanese people that are neither humble nor overbearing, until they find the taste of Taiwan.
There are international perspectives, local perspectives, original intentions, answers, and the expression of individual thoughts. They all return to the local customs and embrace cultural identity. Therefore, "bringing out the Taiwanese flavor" has become a compulsory designated topic.
Since 2014 and 2015, Taiwan’s western food has been trying hard to integrate with globalization. Recently, the argument that globalization will not work has begun to ferment. Taiwan has just come to the stage of knowing how to appreciate the "family authentic and old taste", so some people open up a new chapter, and some people immerse themselves in depth. Seeking roots, fine dining, and food for the common people, the two began to have a common direction—finding the taste of Taiwan—integrating local characteristics, looking back at the island mood, paying attention to food culture and thoughts, it seems that the two ends of each other provide each other with imagination and energy. Taiwan’s products are abundant, and it is also a pioneer in the fight against the epidemic. With the continued focus on domestic food, clothing, housing and transportation in 2021, the charm of Taiwan’s flavors has not increased significantly and has become a prominent school?
We are all innovating the Taiwanese taste together. Every object and result we care about, choose, try, and experiment is shaping the culture that we will leave together after ten years. It is not defined by traditional cuisine, nor is it necessarily familiar with Taiwanese taste. .
