Essential Spring Bar Tool is part of the tool collection. ------ How To Use Please refer to instructions provided by your watch or strap manufacturer for specific procedures. Below are general guidelines. For strap/buckle changing involving spring bars, use the forked tip. The forked tip should anchor to the notch/flange of the spring bar, allowing you to compress the spring bar to fit in or pull out of the lug holes on your watch or buckle. For strap/buckle removal with exposed lug holes on the outside, use the pointed tip. Insert the pointed tip to the hole to compress the spring bar on your watch or buckle. The strap or buckle should pop out once both sides of the spring bar leave the lug holes. For bracelet link pin removal, use the pointed tip. Identify the correct tool insertion direction on your specific bracelet, usually marked by an arrow. Insert the pointed tip to the hole on the side of the link to push out the pin on your bracelet. The links should separate once the pin is out. To re-join the links, line up the holes of the two links, then insert the pin through both of them from the correct direction. Lightly tap the protruding end of the pin with a plastic or wooden mallet until the pin is flush against the link’s side surface. ------ Tips for Applying Sticker Wrap Write your name on the sticker before peeling. Pay attention to the location of the laser etched logo on the tool barrel, be sure to cover it with sticker, or else it may be visible through the sticker gap. Align the sticker before committing. Once aligned, gradually adhere the sticker while rotating the tool barrel.
