【Refund policy】
1. Free rescheduling/free cancellation 3 days before the event day (excluding). (For example, the event on July 6th can be rescheduled/cancelled for free on July 3rd)
2. Those who apply for cancellation between 18:00 and 2 days before the event day (excluding) will be refunded after deducting 50% of the order amount; those who apply for rescheduling must pay 50% of the order amount.
3. No refund or rescheduling will be accepted after 18:00 on the day before the event.
【Precautions】
1. In order to ensure the safety of the activity, the trainees must obey the instructions of the coach. If the trainees have behaviors that endanger their own safety, the coach has the right to stop or suspend the activity.
2. If you have heart disease/high blood pressure/or other legal diseases, please inform us when registering.
3. The age of the activity is recommended to be over six years old. Children under the age of six must bring their own life jackets and be accompanied by their parents to ensure that children can follow the instructions of the coach to maintain safety.
4. Students should bring their own change of clothes, drinking water, and waterproof bags. What to wear: Swimsuit inside, light clothing (non-absorbent clothing) outside, no jeans, and please bring your own change of clothes.
5. In principle, warm water is provided for washing after the event. If there are too many people, washing will be used.
6. This activity is recommended for children over six years old to participate, and those under six years old who can accept the coach's instructions and bring their own life jackets can also participate.
7. If you want to bring pets to participate in the activity, please contact the coach in advance to confirm.
8. It is up to the coach to decide whether the activity will be canceled due to rain. The coach will consider the wind and wave conditions and put the safety of the students as the first priority, and the activities will be held as usual in rainy days.
9. In case of postponement due to typhoon, the venue or time can be adjusted, or a refund can be made after deducting the administrative fee. The postponement time can be extended indefinitely.
