If you have an image, send the image to our chatroom. **No draft is provided. Please ensure you provide us the correct wording and detail. If you have a preferred font type, the arrangement of the text/pic, and the specific ratio of the design, kindly inbox us to discuss further. **All portrait photos provided are converted by software to transform it into a sketch effect so that it must be slightly different from the original image. As we do not provide a draft for preview before engraving, if you are worried about the outcome of your product, you can provide us the converted photos(in sketch or cartoon version) for engraving. **If the customer does not leave any comments for the engraving and does not give any instructions within three days after placing the order, our shop will send the products without any engraving to customers. NOTE: Natural bamboo/wood may feature differences in texture, knots, and color, making it completely unique. These differences will affect the final engraving result as engraving on the bamboo/wood will reveal the inner layer of it.
