Cancellation notified 7 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date) will result in a full refund.
Cancellation notified within 6 to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date) will incur a 50% handling fee.
No cancellations will be accepted from 3 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date) to the same day, and no refund will be given.
No refund will be given if participation in the event is terminated due to factors that are not responsible for the organizer.
If due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for an extension or refund.
