[Notes on the course]
・To promote environmental protection, the event does not provide disposable bags. Please bring your own reusable bags to take back the finished products.
・Profile photos will be taken during the experience activities as needed. In the future, the photos containing your portrait may be used for event records or other recruitment channel promotions. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform us at the event site and we will take note. Thank you.
・Please do not video or record the class.
・The class location is a pet-friendly cafe, so dogs or cats may be around. The cafe is an open space and there will be other customers at other tables, so please sign up if you don't mind!

[Method for Cancellation of Courses]
The provisions are as follows:
・If you are unable to attend after payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and 30% of the ticket price will be charged for all expenses incurred. Since designers must prepare materials ten days before the event, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted within ten days from the day before the event.
・If you need to reschedule, please return your ticket and purchase it again. Ticket refunds and exchanges will not be accepted within ten days from the day before the event.

【Epidemic Prevention Battle】
. If the novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) epidemic makes it difficult to attend the event, please submit a refund application five working days before the event (excluding the day of the event) for a full refund.
. Your body temperature will be taken before entering the building. You will be allowed to enter only if it does not exceed 37 degrees and you have completed hand washing.
. The registration office will fill out a questionnaire to understand the physical condition and travel history to ensure that each visitor has no entry or exit records or physical discomfort within 14 days.
. Crew members of long-haul flights or those who enter other countries must complete a 7-day home quarantine after returning home and arrange to take a negative test. From the 8th to the 14th day, they must still follow the management regulations of the Ministry of Health and Welfare and strengthen independent health management.
. If there are no incoming crew members on short-haul flights, and if there are no symptoms, there is no need to quarantine. This will be handled in accordance with the management regulations of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
. Lecturers and students are required to wear masks at all times and will not be allowed to enter the venue if they are not wearing one.
. Strengthen air-conditioning convection and open windows to ensure air circulation in the classroom.
. Seating arrangement is to ensure that people traveling with peers and friends sit at the same table to reduce the chance of strangers gathering together; arrange seats as spaced apart as possible.
. Use alcohol/hypochlorous acid water before and after activities to strengthen disinfection of frequent touch points such as door handles and tabletops.
