· When burning bare Wax, use a candle holder, plate or paper to catch the Wax.
· When purchasing products containing cream, the color may fade, which is normal.
· Candles are fragile products. Please open them carefully and record the video as evidence. If there are any defects or missing corners, please send us a private message to give us the opportunity to compensate and improve.
· The products are all handmade after ordering. Customized products do not provide return or exchange services. Anyone who maliciously abandons the order will be blacklisted🙅🏻♀️
