Vintage Bavarian embossed pastry plates with cherry blossom design made by Winterling.
Seven Winterling brothers founded the Gebrüder Winterling O.H.G. in 1907 with a newly built facility in Röslau, Bavaria for porcelain production. Today, the Winterling brand continues at the Triptis factory of the Eschenbach Porzellan Group.
The mark at the bottom of these plates was introduced in 1950. These plates are in undamaged, fairly good condition with relatively good gold rims and surface marks and small patches of glaze missing to varying degrees. The photographs are a part of the description.
