**Production process**

・If you only register the day before or on the day of class, be sure to contact us to see if the class will start successfully before registering.
・After the order is placed and the payment is completed, the purchase details will be the proof of completion of registration. Paper ticket purchase certificates will not be sent. When the show time is up, you can report directly to the venue. No additional text messages or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Those who have not settled the payment after placing the order will be deemed to have failed to register successfully. Once the class is full, enrollment will stop immediately. Those who have not settled the payment after placing the order will not be included in the student list.
・If you are unable to attend or reschedule after payment is completed, you can go to our fan page 3 days in advance or contact us by calling (02) 2371-4171. The rules are as follows:
. According to the Consumer Protection Council of the Executive Yuan, the basis for refunds is in accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 1, Paragraph 4 of the Tutoring and Continuing Education Act, and in accordance with Article 33 of the Short-term Tutoring Class Management Rules
A. For those who apply for refund sixty days before the course start date, the refund will be 95% of the agreed total amount of fees actually paid.
B. For those who submit a refund application between the 59th and 8th day before the course start date, the refund will be 90% of the agreed total amount of actual fees paid.
C. For students who apply for refund from the seventh to the first day before the course starts, the refund will be 80% of the agreed total amount of actual fees paid.
. The number of performances will be limited within 2 months after the postponement, and the venue will be informed proactively. Failure to inform will be deemed as a waiver. If you cannot comply with the extension time, please be sure to choose a refund.
. For the course on that day, since the handmade teacher materials and venue location have been prepared, no refunds or extensions will be accepted on the day of class, and those who do not show up will be deemed to have given up.
. In order to protect the rights of other students in class, those who are late for more than 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time on the day will be deemed to have given up.
. For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and account name. We will refund all fees by cash remittance.
・Only those aged 10 or above can register for this event.
・Participation is limited to those who have purchased tickets. Those who have not purchased tickets are not allowed to accompany or participate together, unless the child cannot complete it independently and needs the assistance of a parent, or there are special circumstances where parents and children need to participate together.
