Natural soybean Wax has a low melting point. If the temperature is high during transportation, there may be sweating or melting marks. The surface of the candle is uneven or small water droplets are produced. These are all normal phenomena of soybean candles and do not affect the use.
Handmade, uneven edges are normal, and each finished product will not be exactly the same.
Handmade, the color can't be the same every time.
Fragrance taste and concentration are personal preferences, and cannot be returned or exchanged for those who do not like the smell or are too strong or too light.

After ordering, it needs to be freshly made, and it takes about 7-14 working days for us to make it by hand.
